Booking Appointments – Clinic Patient Policy
Advance Scheduling: Book early to secure your preferred time.
Reservation Guarantee: A credit card or gift certificate is required to hold your booking; you’ll only be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
Flexible Payment: Choose your preferred payment method at checkout; using your credit card is optional.
Paperless Clinic: Provide a valid email and agree to our terms. Accurate intake form information is essential. You’ll receive an online intake form, and appointment reminders via email and text. Let us know if you need assistance with the electronic intake form.
Arrival and Late Arrival
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete any paperwork.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we may not extend your session. Depending on our schedule and notice, we might offer a partial or full appointment, but the original fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
Fee: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may limit future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee, which cannot be paid with insurance or claimed.
Confidentiality and Conduct
Confidentiality: Your information is confidential and won’t be disclosed without your permission, except as required by law.
Professional Conduct: Our therapists maintain professional boundaries, focusing on massage-related topics. Inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited, and clients will always be modestly draped during the session.
Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions or treatments. Provide written permission from your healthcare provider if necessary. Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities when booking.
Direct Billing
Insurance Coverage: We offer direct billing for clients with extended health insurance. Provide your insurance information for verification. If direct billing is unavailable, you must pay in full at the time of your appointment and submit the claim yourself.
Client Responsibility: Confirm your insurance coverage and eligibility before your appointment. You are responsible for any co-payments or deductibles. If your claim is denied, you must pay the full cost.
